In this modern, evolving world, it’s more important than ever to be fluent in “cultural competency.” In this panel discussion, Admissions’ Ani Subotic, faculty members Kristen Kull and Shelley Hamill, and Residence Life’s Howard Seidler will share their experiences, answer audience questions, and challenge any previously held misconceptions and stereotypes you may have. |

The Student Enrollment Experience EAB Enrollment Management Services and Marketing Richardson Ballroom – DiGiorgio Campus Center 8:40 AM While many universities have spent considerable time improving communications with prospective students, most universities haven’t focused specifically on the experience those communications create for prospects. By being more intentional about the cultivation of the application and matriculation experience, universities can strategically differentiate from competitors. This presentation is grounded in innovative approaches from the business to consumer world that are translated for higher education.
