Historical Note
The Juvenile Music Club of Rock Hill was organized in 1934 under the sponsorship of the Rock Hill Music Club. Miss Georgia Dickert was the adult leader (Councilor) of the group. Children from age nine through junior high school age were eligible for membership.
Scope and Content Note
The Juvenile Music Club of Rock Hill was sponsored by the Rock Hill Music Club of Rock Hill, South Carolina to foster an appreciation of music among the city’s youth. The scrapbook contains correspondence, newspaper clippings, photographs, and program notes concerning weekly meetings, contests, programs, and other activities of the club.

The Juvenile Music Club of Rock Hill Scrapbook was given to the Archives by Miss Georgia Dickert on January 26,1978.
