Biographical Note
Anne Tatum Perrin Flynn was born January 28, 1952 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She graduated from Spartanburg High School, Mary Baldwin College, and Duke University. She worked as a real estate para-legal and was a community volunteer. Anne had extensive service in the community and church. She married Lawrence Emile Flynn, Jr. (Larry) and they have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
