This collection consists of an invitation, program, and calendar for the second annual Calendar Presentation Ceremony by the Greater Columbia Branch American Association of University Women (AAUW) held on November 10, 1998. The 1999 calendar is titled, Significant South Carolina Women Calendar and includes short biographies of the South Carolina women honored by the calendar. The women being honored are: Marguerite Tolbert (Winthrop Class of 1914); Kelly Mandrell; Idella Fallaw Bodie; Kate Vixen Wofford (Winthrop Class of 1916); Jean Hoefer Toal; Mary Gordon Ellis (Winthrop Class of 1913); Maude Callen; Sarah Ayers; Bathsheda Barber Benedict; Elizabeth Evelyn Wright; Althea Gibson; Major General Irene Torwell-Harris; Sarah and Angelina Grimke; Georgia O’Keeffe; Septima Poinsette Clark;
