Scope and Content Note: This collection consists of American Association of University Women Rock Hill Chapter bulletins, posters, illustrations, time cards, and branch yearbooks. This collection also contains invoices, meeting notes, and correspondence with colleges and other branches. The American Association of University Women (AAUW), was founded in 1881 as a non-profit organization that advances equity and education for women. The Rock Hill Chapter of the American Association of University Women was founded in 1925 or 1926 with Miss Anne W. Stevens serving as first president.
