This collections consists of July 1, 2001 report (172 pages) produced by the City of Rock Hill titled, “Capital Improvement Plan for the City of Rock Hill for the years 2001/2002-2005/2006” which was prepared by Finance Director David B. Vehaun and Senior Financial Analyst Karen L. Harper, CPA. This document includes the City of Rock Hill Capital Improvement Plan for the years 2001-2006. The purpose of the document is to project over a five year period all necessary projects and large equipment purchases. Each project detailed includes a project justification as well as fiscal projections of the debt required to finance the projects. This capital budget is an aggregation of the costs and financing of all capital projects for the City between now and year 2006.

The report includes sections titled: Departmental Summary; General Fund; Economic Development; Planning; Property Maintenance; Public Safety; Public Works; Parks, Recreation & Tourism; Enterprise Fund; Electric; Water; Sewer; Financing Summary;
