Scope and Content Note

This series consists of the correspondence and memoranda related to the Accounts Payable Office which is currently under the Controller’s Office (the successor of the Business Office and the Bursar before that). The Accounts Payable Office’s mission is “to process payment in a manner that is timely, accurate, and compliant with the policies of Winthrop University and the State of South Carolina.”
