Scope and Content Note

This series consists of correspondence and memoranda produced for or by the Department of Accreditation, Accountability and Academic Services in the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs. To align with the Strategic Vision for Online Education at Winthrop University, our Mission is to support: the delivery of quality, accessible online, hybrid, and technology-enhanced courses; the design, development, and assessment of instructional strategies and materials; and the use of the learning management system and integrated software for faculty, staff, and students. Winthrop University’s Office of Online Learning provides the following services: system administration for the Blackboard learning management system (LMS); training and technical support for users of the LMS and integrated software; instructional design support for faculty.
