Scope and Content Note
The Office of Community Relations serves as the liaison between Winthrop University and the Rock Hill and local community. Since Winthrop’s move to Rock Hill, SC in 1895, Rock Hill and the surrounding communities played an important role in helping shape Winthrop’s future and this office attempts to strengthen those ties.
