Abstract
This presentation interrogates the progress of inclusivity and intersectionality at Predominantly White Institutions over the course of 30 years from the perspective of a current faculty member who reflects on her college experiences, and three current students--two undergraduates and one graduate--who share their struggles and experiences as Black and Brown women still continue to lift as they climb.
