Biographical Note
Anne Porcher Zeigler Perrin was born June 24, 1927 in Orangeburg, SC. She graduated from Orangeburg High School, Limestone College, and the University of South Carolina. She was a retail major, community volunteer and full time mother. Anne married Edward Patterson Perrin and they have 3 children, 7 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
