This collection consists of a booklet titled, A Study of Costs in Higher Institutions of Learning Prepared Under Direction of the Governor for The General Assembly of South Carolina by B.L. Parkinson, Director Extension Division, University of South Carolina which was printed under the direction of the Joint Committee On Printing General Assembly of South Carolina in 1925. This publication shows the results of a study conducted to find the costs of higher institutions of learning in the state of South Carolina.
