This collection consists of a booklet titled, Reorganization Agreement of the South Carolina Railway Company which outlines the reorganization agreement of the South Carolina Railway Company. Written on January 20, 1892 by a committee that includes Charles S. Fairchild, George W. Dillaway, Thomas L. Manson, and H.K. Fomroy. The South Carolina Railway Company was the traces its history to the South Carolina Canal and Rail Road Company which was chartered under act of the South Carolina General Assembly of December 19, 1827.
