The History of Purity Community by Mary “Mamie” Sill Hamilton (1891-1984) was an essay of the history of Purity community and Purity Presbyterian Church in Chester County, South Carolina that includes information on the citizens, property, and buildings of the community which the author traces back to the pre-Revolutionary era.
