Dorothy Rogers Tilly (1883-1970) was a Civil rights worker and church worker from Atlanta, Georgia. She worked as a field worker and member of the Fellowship of the Concerned and the Southern Regional Council, with which the Fellowship was affiliated. The Dorothy Rogers Tilly Term paper was a paper titled, "Dorothy Rogers Tilly: A women Beyond Her Times" by Bianca Tinsley Madden (Winthrop Class of 1995) as a class assignment for Dr. Lynn Willougby (Winthrop History Professor 1989-1997).
