The South Carolina Magazine Collection consists of a copy of the August 1956 South Carolina Magazine. This edition has a write-up of Bowater Southern Paper Corporation building a new facility in York County, SC which was to bring 1,200 new jobs to the area. The Magazine also contains a general history of York County, SC as well. This edition would be a valuable source for anyone researching York County Industry and History.
