Scope and Content Note
The York County human Services Demonstration Project Report was authorized by the Chairman of the Interagency Demonstration Area Coordinating Committee, the Project Managing Authority for the York County Human Services Demonstration Project. The purpose of the project was to establish a demonstration model whereby the delivery of human services could be researched and studied in order to improve the availability, quality, and cost effectiveness of such services and to provide for a more efficient and orderly manner of service delivery.
