Scope and Content Note

This collection contains records involving the Rock Hill Country Club Estates (RHCCE) such as various newspaper clippings, community pamphlets, RHCCE address lists, financial reports, event flyers, survey maps, community and professional correspondence (letters and emails), a 2001 DNR report of the Lakeside Drive Pond, and materials relating to the Rock Hill Council of Neighborhoods. Much of this collection includes copies of PACCE (Property Owners Association of Country Club Estates) constitutions, newsletters, initiatives and leadership records as well as committee (Membership, Maintenance, Security, Architectural, Legal, Resource, Activities, and Public Relations) minutes and reports. PACCE parade documents relating to Christmas, DOO DAH, Come See Me, and Fourth of July are also included in this collection.
