Scope and Content Note
The York County Voter Registration Book collection consists of microfilm copies purchased from the South Carolina Department of Archives and History. The Voter Registration Book microfilm is organized by precinct in York County and lists the voters’ names, ages, occupation, and residence. Also includes the date and the certificate number. The first part of the microfilm is organized in alphabetical order by precinct; however, the order starts over a few more times in the second half.

The York County Voter Registration Book was purchased and placed in the Archives on October 27, 1994.
