Description
As an educator, I never knew how much inclusion would teach me. Selfishly, I thought I would be the one teaching and making things happen. Learn how a name on my class roll turned into being a teacher, peer mentor, inspiration to all, and a lifelong friend. Participants will leave this session with an intricate understanding of the power in relationships built mostly on trust. Participants will be able to gain an understanding from both the teacher's point of view and the student's point of view. Lastly, participants will gain an understanding of just how successful students can be in an inclusive environment if someone, anyone, could just "SEE THEM."
