Scope and Content Note
The J. Thomas Williams Reminiscence was a seventeen page article by Joseph Thomas Williams, Sr. (1915-2005) entitled, “A Flavor That Made a ‘Good Town’ Better.” This paper, which Williams dedicates to the late Talbot Patrick, contains some interesting anecdotes concerning the history and growth of Rock Hill, SC.
