Welcome to the inaugural publication of The Winthrop McNair Research Bulletin. Our program’s Executive Support Specialist, Mrs. Barb Yeager, created a stained glass version of the Summer 2014 McNair Scholars photo to decorate the cover of this issue. The Bulletin showcases the research conducted by the McNair Scholars during the 2014 Summer Research Experience. It exemplifies the caliber of scholarly research undertaken by Winthrop’s McNair Scholars and reflects the quality of mentoring and the commitment to Scholar success by the faculty Mentors and McNair program staff.
