Quick Facts

  • The event will be from 2 – 5 p.m. in Whitton Auditorium in Vivian M. Carroll Hall. A reception in the Macfeat House adjacent to Carroll Hall will follow the event.
  • Secretary Hammond will discuss the different types of entity structures that his office handles, such as LLCs, partnerships, sole proprietorships, S-Corps, C-Corps, etc. He will discuss the form requirements, as well as other facts surrounding each entity choice.
