- Gundersheim, who was given the award on Nov. 4, teaches a variety of theatre and theatre education courses at Winthrop and has directed numerous theatre productions since coming to the university in 2006.
- Gundersheim received the Meritorious Achievement Award from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival for “Excellence in Direction” in 2010 and has presented numerous papers and workshops at various state, regional, and national conferences and conventions.
