This series consists of correspondence, memoranda, reports, minutes, newspaper clippings, pamphlets, and other records relating to the administrative activities of Dr. Charles B. Vail (1973-1982), including his interaction with Winthrop administrators and faculty, the York County community, the state of South Carolina, the Federal government and other colleges and universities.
