Stand up to ignorance, apathy, and discrimination!
Learn how to train your university community to become allies for people of all ability levels through this diversABILITY training session. Based on the Safe Space Training model, this program has educated and empowered ordinary students and faculty to become super heroes in their own rights- dispelling myths, offering support, advocating for access, and creating inclusive communities. Learn how this model developed its strength on the campus of Old Dominion University and determine how it can be tailored to fit your campus.
