Scope and Content Note

The We Come, America: Pageant of Women in Industry program is a program for a pageant presented at the Southern Textile Exposition in Greenville, SC under the auspices of the YWCA on May 7-8, 1919.

The pageant was designed to depict "...with song, motion and color, the part Woman has played in the industrial development of the [United States] , both before and since [World War I]."
