Scope and Content Note

This collection consists of a program for the play “Puss in Boots” which was performed in Friedheim’s Hall on East White Street in Rock Hill, SC. in Street on February 3, 1902. The play was put on by Madison J. Lee, sole owner and manager whose company was based downtown Charlotte, NC at 324 Tryon. The program itself was printed by R. M. London of Rock Hill. The program contains information regarding the parts, acts, “synopsis of scenery,” as well as listing the actors and roles.
