Imagine a school where physical borders were removed and all students were able to essentially have an individualized learning experience. Welcome to Charlotte Lab School. We are a new charter school that opened in August of 2015 that is utilizing an open school format to reshape and redesign how learning looks and feels for students, teachers and community members. Learn how to reshape the design and culture of a school so to meet the needs of those with and without special needs. Information will be shared about our advisory program, involving community members, project-based learning, individualized learning plans, and flexibility with space.
