Winthrop Close Up is a weekly news cast produced by the Advanced Journalism and Advanced Broadcast Production classes at Winthrop University. This week’s episode deals with how to cope with stress after spring break, the Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Savannah, a spring break trip to help those affected by Katrina, First day of spring, the McFEAT School on Winthrop Campus, and the globalization of WINR. Winthrop Close Up also takes a look at the spread of the flu and where to go when Crawford is closed, Senior Marcus Moore’s thoughts on getting deployed to Iraq, the Residence Life Office and their obligations, the Eagle Sports Update and the Cultural Events and Entertainment update.
