Scope and Content Note

This series consists of the Intramural Handbook produced for Winthrop’s Intramural Sports Program. Winthrop’s “Department of Intramural Sports, operated as a cooperative effort by the Department of Physical education and the Division of Student Affairs, as a means of offering personal challenges for students who wish to compete in sports and recreational activities at a less than “varsity” intercollegiate level.” The handbook offers rules and regulations, program of events, results of events, schedules, etc.
