Description
Sometimes Disability Service Providers can feel that they are fighting a constant battle against faculty to provide testing accommodations. But everyone in this comic called college is a super hero, and we've got to work together. This session will show how the Alternate Testing Program at Appalachian State University has utilized new practices and procedures to work in conjunction with faculty to ensure that students are effectively utilizing accommodations during tests. Features include: policy implementation, faculty survey results, online Google forms, communications, how to's, scenarios, and process and procedure explanations for a thorough review of alternate testing best practices.
