Robert Kelly Nobles, Jr. (1931-2014) of Rochelle, Georgia. M Sgt. Bob Nobles, Jr. was a member of the First Families of Georgia, Sons of American Revolution, Sons of Confederate Veterans, Central Georgia Genealogical Society, Huxford Genealogical Society and Laurens County Historical Society. He served his country in the United States Air Force during World War II, Korean Conflict and the Vietnam Era.

Scope and Content Note

The Harden Family Genealogy Collection contains genealogical charts of the Harden family dating back to 1763 put together by Robert Kelly Nobles, Jr. (1931-2014) of Rochelle, Georgia. M Sgt. Bob Nobles, Jr. traces his mother’s line, Veleria Elizabeth Fulghum (1910-2000) through his grandmother, Hazel Edel Harden (1889-1972) all the way to Henry Harden, Sr., American Revolutionary Soldier, who died in 1783 and his wife Elizabeth Sealy. Other family names include Bracewell, Cooper, Currie, Fulghum, Nobles, and Sealey.
