The Rock Hill Community Council served as a clearing house and correlating agency for advancing economic, social, cultural and citizenship interests of all people in the Rock Hill, SC Community. Its work was that of fact finding related to community needs, correlating community activities, and making recommendations as to priorities in community needs.

The Rock Hill Council Records consist of correspondence, constitution and by-laws, minutes, list of officers, mailing list, schedules of events and surveys and questionnaires relating to the organization's function as coordinator of community activities.The Rock Hill Community Council served as a clearing house and correlating agency for advancing economic, social, cultural and citizenship interests of all people in the Rock Hill, SC Community. Its work was that of fact finding related to community needs, correlating community activities, and making recommendations as to priorities in community needs.
